Nature & History Walk at The Grove

April 27 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Join The Grove Museum for a guided walking tour of the site, focusing on the intersection of nature, culture, and history.

In honor of Earth Day, April’s program, led by John Grandage, Assistant Director of Historical Resources, will focus on environmental sustainability and urban forest management strategies used on the site. The program will also touch on historical land management approaches and on environmentally responsible practices that can be used on a small scale at residential properties in Tallahassee.

This is an informal program and guests can join or leave the walk at any time. Please wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to stand or walk for the majority of the tour.

Visit the museum before or after the walk to enjoy exhibits from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This program is free and open to the public. Parking for The Grove Museum is located at 902 N. Monroe St.
