The Hadley Family’s Legacy in Springfield: Family, Faith, Entrepreneurship, and Community

The Grove Museum will host Doby Lee Flowers (an FSU Alumna and the First Black Homecoming Princess) and Dr. Juanita Gaston (the Bicentennial Program Coordinator of the Tallahassee African American Genealogical Society). The program, entitled “The Hadley’s Legacy,” will focus on family, civil rights, entrepreneurship, and community in commemoration of the Tallahassee-Leon County Bicentennial. It will also include a group art-making activity.
